  • Orders are charged at purchase due to the custom nature of each piece
  • A signature is required for dress deliveries; swatches do not require signature

Orders & Payment

Please review orders before submission because changes cannot be made once placed. Dresses are custom made and non-returnable, and swatches are final sale. Typical production and shipping timelines are 4-6 months. Rush orders may be possible by contacting ilotaijoy@gmail.com. We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Refund & Cancellation

All J. Bridal Atelier garments are custom made and cannot be returned or exchanged, including bridesmaid dresses and swatches. Payment is non-refundable, including in the event of cancellation.

Customers are responsible for alterations. We can recommend professional alteration specialists; contact ilotaijoy@gmail.com.
